PRACTICE
AREAS
MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENTS

Car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, drunk driving, Uber accidents, Lyft accidents, and bus accidents.
PREMISES LIABILITY
Slip and fall, trip and fall, dangerous conditions, dog bites, burn injuries, and construction site accidents.
PRODUCTS LIABILITY
Defects in the design, manufacturing or marketing of products result in thousands of injuries and deaths each year, including defective seatbelts, air bags, tires, and mechanical equipment
AMPUTATION

An amputation of a hand, arm, foot or leg can be the tragic result of an accident caused by another party's negligence. This can be due to a motor vehicle accident, defective product, workplace accident or dangerous machinery.
WRONGFUL DEATH

A wrongful death occurs when someone’s life is lost through the negligence or fault of somebody else. While this subject is broad, most wrongful death cases occur by way of car accidents, products liability, and medical malpractice. Because a wrongful death can be the fault of multiple parties, this may include the malfeasance of individuals, companies, or governmental agencies.
EMPLOYMENT

If you believe you were terminated because of your race, color, national origin, gender, religion, age, disability, pregnancy, or genetic information, you would be well-advised to speak with an employment lawyer right away. There are time limits on how long you can wait to bring a wrongful termination claim based on discrimination
TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURIES

As many as 1.4 million people in America will suffer from a traumatic brain injury every year. These types of brain injuries can arise from all types of incidents, ranging from slip and falls to car accidents to workplace accidents including NFL concussions. Unfortunately, brain injuries are not always evident, even to the victim. Some symptoms can be extremely subtle and difficult to diagnose. If you have suffered an injury to your head, in an accident of any type, you need a lawyer who understands the medical testing and assessments needed to evaluate this often undiagnosed condition.
DANGEROUS ROADWAYS

Car accidents and bicycle accidents are usually caused by driver recklessness or carelessness. However, sometimes they can be caused by poorly designed or hazardous roadways. This often makes the government entity that designed the roadway liable for any damages caused during an accident. Claims against large government entities are extremely complex, and should not be attempted without a highly skilled personal injury lawyer to advocate on your behalf.
CONSTRUCTION SITE ACCIDENTS

Each year construction site accidents injure or kill thousands of construction workers. Workplace accidents are covered under workers' compensation benefits. However, if these accidents are due to the negligence or carelessness of a third party (for instance a different subcontractor on the same jobsite) that party can be held liable for damages that are not available in a worker's compensation claim.
When an accident occurs on a construction site the owners, contractors, subcontractors, architects, and manufacturers of equipment can be held responsible for their negligent actions. They can also be liable for the failure to act, take reasonalbe safety measutres or provide unsafe equipment (i.e. inadequate fall protection or defective forklifts, tractors, scaffolding or guardrails)
UNINSURED/UNDERINSURED MOTORISTS (UM/UIM)

Uninsured and Underinsured Motorist Coverage (UM/UIM) is insurance contained in your own auto policy that protects you from accidents involving drivers that don’t have insurance, or do not have enough. It also covers you when you are involved in a hit and run accident.
MEDICAL MALPRACTICE

It is a fact that tens of thousands of people are injured or killed each year by medical malpractice. While medicine is not an exact science, every patient has the right to competent medical care by physicians, nurses and hospitals. In general, medical professionals must exercise such reasonable care and skill when treating patients and must not engage in coduct that falls below the standard of care that applies to medical professionals in the same or a smlar community.
ELDER ABUSE
Nearly 1 in 10 elderly people will suffer elder abuse at the hands of another each year. Most victims of elder abuse do not take the steps to fight back against their abusers and their employers. California has passed legislation to help protect this particularly vulnerable segment of society. You need a lawyer who understands the application of these laws to help protect the rights of those who are in need of help, or have been wronged by a lack of care by those having a duty to provide such care.
